jay andrews salon & spa is dedicated to keeping all personal and medical information
confidential and well-secured.
Please Note
Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort, and relaxation are
observed during all body treatment and body massage services.
Please be aware that we do not have accommodations for young children. Also, children
are not permitted in the spa area, please arrange for childcare prior to visit.
We ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all areas of the Spa and turn off cell
phones.
No refunds on gift certificates, products, or services; gift certificates expire 12
months from date of purchase. Make-up cannot be exchanged or returned.
We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time
client a guest profile will be completed when you arrive.
Cancellations
If you cannot make your appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled
time to avoid any service charges. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged
a 50% fee; gift certificates will be reduced to half value. No shows will be charged
100% fee. Thank you for your cooperation.
Late arrivals: we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled
service times & will be responsible for full service fees.
Special Considerations
Prices do not include gratuities (unless noted), and are subject to change without
notice.
The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Also, we are unable to perform spa treatments on clients under the age of 16 without
the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
